I did Reiki with Diamond B because I had gastritis/digestion and other emotional issues. Before we started with the Diamond B asked me to pick out crystals and explained how it’d help in clearing out any negative energy and thoughts one might have and help heal emotional and as well as physical pain. She placed the crystals in different parts of my body and started the healing process. I felt she was reading me like a book. After the session I found to my astonishment that it released quite a bit of stress and really calmed my stomach down, Time was not important thereby giving me a good night sleep. I am convinced it also helped with my hair fall issue.

I just want to talk about this beautiful lady named Bernadette and how much she has helped me with her healing. She is vey kind and patience person she understood from the moment she met me how much I needed to be unblocked and to let new energy flow. I met her in 2020 which are the start of the pandemic my stress levels were high and I had also tore the ligament in my knee. One reiki with crystals was enough to reduced the pain totally and restored full movement of my knee.
Through her healing she was able to pick that I hide behind a mask and my emotional state. Bernadette provided me with strategies to overcome these negative patterns. I enjoy having reiki with Bernadette as it is helping with get better and realise my true potential. I love her calm and patient personality and attitude to life.

I have honestly learnt so much from you about life, Your advice and continuous, unwavering support is the driving force that keeps me going and keeps me motivated and positive. I truly don't know how to thank you for everything you've taught me and for all the difficult times you've stuck by me and lit up my path when I thought I was permanently stuck in the dark. I am eternally grateful to have to as a part of my life and my journey.
